UPMC Chautauqua has three convenient, outpatient lab draw stations throughout Chautauqua County.

Each lab:

Offers ample parking and access to a range of lab tests.
Has a highly skilled team licensed by the New York State Department of Health and accredited by The Joint Commission.
Offers walk-in service with a doctor's or other licensed health care provider's completed and signed lab order.

We will send your test results to your doctor.
