Full service ATMs are available at both McCandless and Cranberry campuses — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Wireless Internet Access

Both UPMC Passavant campuses offer free wireless network access for patients and visitors.

The network services all areas of UPMC Passavant, including the Medical Office buildings.

To log on to the UPMC Wi-Fi hotspot:

1. Open “Network Connections” on your laptop or mobile device and connect to UPMC Guest.
2. You will need to press “accept” to verify that you have read and accepted the Acceptable Use Policy.

Medical Library at UPMC Passavant–McCandless

The library is on the hospital's first floor and is open to patients and their families.

The library offers help with searching Healthwise®, a nationally respected health and wellness education site that features interactive health information, videos and decision support tools. Healthwise® has clinical experts who create educational content that is evidence-based and regularly updated.

Patient and Family Resource Center at UPMC Passavant–McCandless

The resource center at UPMC Passavant–McCandless offers a full range of supportive care services for patients and their families. There are even opportunities to meet with a certified cancer education specialist.

Center hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
