UPMC Media Relations is available round-the-clock to answer urgent media inquiries. To contact us after our normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., please call the UPMC paging operator — at 412-647-2345 — and ask for the media relations representative on call.

Patient Condition Requests

If you're requesting a patient's condition after normal business hours... Then...
at UPMC Presbyterian, call 412-647-2345 and ask the operator to page the administrator on duty.
at UPMC Mercy, call 412-232-8111 for the administrator on duty.
