Anyone with a perceived emergency medical condition should go to the closest emergency department or call 9-1-1 immediately.

UPMC Emergency Medicine is a trusted resource for quality and timely care with a full-time staff of emergency medicine specialists available to care for you 24 hours a day. With locations across Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Western Maryland, our team can coordinate with your doctors and other specialists to get you the best possible care.

Children's Express Care

Whether you visit one of our regional clinics in person or take advantage of our after-hours and weekend video visits available from your home, the providers from UPMC Children’s Express Care are here to treat your child’s minor injuries and illnesses when your regular pediatrician’s office is closed.

UPMC Children's Express Care offers the same quality services and treatment provided by your regular pediatrician.

• Asthma attacks and wheezing.
• Bronchitis/ bronchiolitis, and pneumonia.
• Colds, fever, flu, and other viral illnesses.

UPMC Walk-In Orthopaedic Injury Clinic offers access to expert evaluation by orthopaedic specialists and care for acute, non-life-threatening orthopaedic injuries. With locations in Southwest and Central Pa., we treat bone, joint, and muscle injuries, sports-related injuries, broken bones, and other orthopaedic concerns. No appointment is needed.

Eye Urgent Care

Backed by the expertise of the UPMC Vision Institute, the Urgent Eye Care Clinic specializes in sudden eye problems.

Our specially trained first responders provide eye care that most Pittsburgh-area ERs or urgent care centers don't offer.
