Gregory  Peaslee

Gregory Peaslee is senior vice president and chief Human Resources and Administrative Services officer for UPMC. He is responsible for overseeing human resources, construction, real estate and corporate security departments, as well as UPMC’s captive insurance companies.

After joining the company in 1987, Mr. Peaslee served in a variety of senior leadership roles including executive director of the University of Pittsburgh Physicians; and chief financial officer of UPMC Montefiore and Eye & Ear Hospital.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Pittsburgh Physicians, UPMC Passavant Hospital, the UPMC Health Plan, the Community College of Allegheny County, and the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh.

Graduating in 1982 with a degree from Duquesne University, Mr. Peaslee began his career as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young.
