A healthy diet and lifestyle are the best weapons in fighting heart disease. Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian, Cindy Donovan, MA, RDN, CDE, will introduce and discuss tasty recipes that are low in cholesterol, fat, and sodium. In addition to learning how to improve your overall heart-health, you will have the opportunity to sample some of the recipes.
