Our sports performance nutrition assessment and consultation determines an athlete’s nutrition needs based on sport or activity, energy needs, body composition, and performance goals. Our assessments are individualized and include specific strategies and tactics to help the athlete reach and maintain optimal performance. Michael DiBiasi, MS, RD, LDN, CSSD, CSCS, ACSM-EPC, ISAK, TPI

Michael DiBiasi, MS, RD, LDN, CSSD, CSCS, ACSM-EPC, ISAK, TPI

Mike DiBiasi is a registered dietitian nutritionist, a board-certified sports dietitian, a certified exercise physiologist, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He specializes in sport and performance nutrition, exercise testing and assessment, and body composition analysis.

Mike earned both his bachelor and master of science degrees in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a second master of science in applied exercise science from Concordia University of Wisconsin. He is also an adjust instructor for the University of Pittsburgh Sports Science Program and the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee Biokinesiology and Nutritional Sciences Program.

Mike is the director of Sports Nutrition at UPMC Sports Medicine. He supports and provides performance nutrition services to several NCAA collegiate athletic programs, numerous high schools, rehabilitation clients, recreational athletes, professional sports teams, Olympic athletes, and more.
