If your weight loss hasn’t stabilized, we can help you reach and keep your ideal weight, which are primary criteria for body contouring and other plastic surgery procedures.

Evaluating your eating habits is also important for your physical well being because adequate protein intake is important for wound healing following surgery. Your vitamin and mineral intake is reviewed carefully to correct any deficiencies that could impact your recovery or long-term weight loss success.

Our monthly support groups are designed for patients one or more years after massive weight loss but is open to anyone working at maintaining their weight. Popular topics include managing emotional and stress eating, and realistic approaches to maintaining an exercise plan.
