Each month, the Above and Beyond program recognizes one extraordinary UPMC Passavant staff member, physician, or volunteer.

Nominate someone for going above and beyond

UPMC Passavant patients, visitors, staff members, physicians, and volunteers can nominate Above and Beyond recipients.

To recognize extraordinary individuals, download and complete an Above and Beyond nomination form. Or, pick up a nomination form located throughout the hospital.
