Cafeteria visitors hours

• Hot Breakfast: 6:30 to 9 a.m. 
• Continental Breakfast: 9 to 10 a.m. 
• Lunch: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Dinner: 4 to 6 p.m.

Vending machines

Vending machines are located inside the cafeteria (on the ground floor) and in the Emergency Room lobby (1st floor).

Gift Shop

Our gift shop is owned and operated by the UPMC Northwest Auxiliary. A wide variety of gifts, toys, stationery, magazines, books, local newspapers, greeting cards, and flowers is available. If you are a patient who needs help having an item delivered from the gift shop to your room, please call 676-7718 to make arrangements for a volunteer to assist.

Please note that food items must be approved by nursing staff before delivery to a patient room. The coffee bar menu includes coffee, cappuccino, juices, cookies, and donuts.

The gift shop is located just off the main lobby, and open from:

• Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: Closed

Banking Machines (ATMs)

An ATM is located in the front lobby.

Wireless Internet Access

UPMC Guest allows devices to connect to the Internet via a public wireless network.

Members of the public (patients, caregivers, family, vendors, etc.) will be required to agree to the Acceptable Use Policy each time they access the Internet.

Staff may also connect personal devices (such as tablets or mobile phones) to UPMC Guest to access the Internet and publically accessible sites, such as UPMC.com and UPMC Access.

Please note that you will not be able to directly access Infonet and other internal web sites and applications. UPMC Guest cannot be used to access secure UPMC network drives or personal mailboxes.
