Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, with expertise in caring for women who have completed cancer treatment, are available at annual and semi-annual checkups to provide follow-up care.
Follow-up and surveillance care services provided through LiveWell survivorship centers include:

- Medical oncology
- Radiation oncology
- Surgical oncology
These health care providers maintain close contact with your oncologist and primary care physicians to assure continuity of care and continued access to your oncologist if needed.
They can also assist with issues, such as:
- The long-term effects of treatment
- Ongoing cancer surveillance
- Coordination of other medical care
- Adjusting to life after cancer
