Privileges are granted by each facility dependent on the services available at the facility and the facility-established criteria for the granting of the privilege.

To access the Summary of Services Availability grids and the Criteria Summaries by facility, click on the Specialty below.  If a facility is not listed under a specialty, then services are not provided.
