The Aging Institute of UPMC Senior Services and the University of Pittsburgh promote the health, well-being, independence, and quality of life of older adults through a variety of educational and outreach services. One of many critical programs the Institute offers is the Information and Referral Line. This call center provides seniors and their caregivers with access to information, services and resources. A licensed social worker assists callers as they struggle to solve problems and find necessary services.
