Knowing there is help when you need it can make all the difference. UPMC Senior Communities’ personal care residences, in western Pennsylvania, make perfect homes for seniors who may need an extra touch of care with day-to-day routines, like medications, nutritional support, and help with personal care.

Our Locations

Set in historic Lawrenceville, Canterbury Place offers a continuum of care in welcoming surroundings, with a variety of care options — personal care, skilled nursing, and memory support services.

Personal Care services at Sherwood Oaks provides home-like living for seniors who need more help than what is available in their homes. Sherwood Oaks has a personal care center on our Cranberry Township campus, and we have private studio apartments available for seniors who need help with activities such as bathing, dressing, cooking and healthful eating. Our care-givers are on duty 24 hrs/day, and physicians and nurse practitioners visit for any medical need.
