Cumberland Woods Village, located in Allison Park, Pa., is UPMC’s newest addition to its portfolio of independent living retirement communities. Located on a secluded wooded hilltop overlooking the lush campus of UPMC Passavant, Cumberland Woods Village offers the amenities of an upscale resort, and provides affordability, flexibility, and choice for pricing options to suit individual needs. Residents have their choice of 28 different styles of one- and two-bedroom apartments with options for dens, patios, and balconies.

As part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Cumberland Woods offers a continuum of care with an entrance fee and monthly maintenance payments. This package provides discounts to assisted living and preferred access for skilled nursing. For those who prefer not to pay an entrance fee, a monthly rental option is available.

From Pittsburgh and South:
Take Interstate 79 North/Fort Duquesne Bridge ramp. Merge onto I-279 N. Take exit 4 to merge onto US-19 Truck N/McKnight Rd..  Turn right onto Cumberland Road.  Go past UPMC Passavant Hospital.   Turn left at the entrance to Cumberland Woods Village.
 
From Erie and North:
Take Interstate 79 South to Exit 78/77 to merge onto PA Route 228 W/Mars Rd toward Cranberry/US –19. Turn left at US-19 S/Perry Hwy. Exit onto US-19 Truck S/McKnight Rd./US 19 Truck. Continue to follow US-19 Truck S/McKnight Rd. Turn left at Cumberland Rd.  Go past UPMC Passavant Hospital.  Turn left at the entrance to Cumberland Woods Village.
 
From Ohio and West:
Take Interstate 76 East to Exit 28 (Old Exit 3) – Follow signs for Interstate 79 North toward Pittsburgh/Erie Toll road. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for US-19/Warrendale/ Cranberry Partial toll road. Turn left at US-19 S/Perry Hwy. Exit onto US-19 Truck S/ McKnight Rd./US 19 Truck. Continue to follow US-19 Truck S/McKnight Rd. Turn left at Cumberland Rd.  Go past UPMC Passavant Hospital.  Turn left at the entrance to Cumberland Woods Village
 
From Harrisburg and East:
Take Interstate 76 West/continue to Interstate 70 West. Continue onto Interstate 76 West toll road. Take exit 39-2 at the Butler Valley Interchange, take ramp right to SR-8 South toward Pittsburgh.  Turn right onto SR-8/William Flynn Hwy.  Bear right onto Wildwood Rd.  Turn left onto Babcock Blvd.  Turn right onto Cumberland Rd.  Go past UPMC Passavant Hospital. Turn left at the entrance to Cumberland Woods Village.
