Group session designed to help you develop strategies for permanent weight control. The group is led by Barbara C. Penner, M.S., Lifestyle Behaviorist. This event is $10.


Please note that yoga and group exercise classes will not be held during the month of November. We are revamping our program at this time and we appreciate your interest in BodyChangers. Please check back for more membership and class options beginning in January 2015.
