​Join us at Shape Training Studio for a fitness class that's going to help you take your best, both physically and mentally, in 2015!
The certified coaches will start with the basics to work on stability, balance, endurance, and incorporate strength and core training as appropriate.

The drop in fee is $15/class or $55/month.
