Mind Over Body Support Group

Life After Weight Loss Support Group

Magee Gardens

​Tour the Magee gardens with Judy Focareta, RN to learn how Magee has taken the initiative to use fresh, local produce in their meals. This support group will provide you with the opportunity to gain insight on what it takes to grow and harvest your own crops.

​Join us at Shape Training Studio for a fitness class that's going to help take you to your best, both physically and mentally. The certified coaches will start with the basics to work on stability, balance, endurance, and incorporate strength and core training as appropriate.

The drop in fee is $15/class or $55/month.

Role of Physical Activity and Nutrition in a Healthy Lifestyle

This session will transition us to discussions about proper nutrition. We will go over physical activity, eating, and hydration.

​Join us for a four-week workshop that is designed to transition participants into an active lifestyle.

This is a physical activity-based class, so please come prepared with appropriate clothing and footwear. It is recommended to bring a water bottle and towel to these sessions.

For Part 1, we will meet outside of the Magee Conference Rooms A&B on Zero Level, and walk over to Trees Hall Fitness Center as a group. For later sessions, please meet at 140 Allequippa St.
